The BBF 2 Series of Bulk Bag Filling machines is a highly versatile option for packaging dry granular, flaked or powder-type materials. These machines are designed to provide high-speed and repeatable accuracy during bag filling, with options for hang weighing or net weighing.

The BBF 2 Series is engineered to allow a single operator to complete the entire filling process from a single location. The bag loop supports and filling head are mounted in a sliding carriage, making loading fast and easy and avoiding unnecessary stretching. Once the bag is secured, it is returned to the filling position, and filling can commence. Material from the upstream process is delivered in a fast and dribble feed mode until the target weight is reached.

The filling cycle starts with the neck clamp being inflated, creating a sealed connection to prevent dust escape. If bags are fitted with internal liners, the optional bag inflation system is recommended to inflate the liner before filling, minimizing the risk of restriction. The bag is then ready to receive material from the upstream process.
